Tommy margaritas on repeat, waterfront vibes and irresistible brunch plates. Jetty Bar in East Freo is not mucking around with their brand new bottomless brunch. We recently swung by this Subi stunner to roadtest their new bottomless, and it’s quickly become our new fave. Pick your brunch main of choice, then choose to add on bottomless mimosas ($28) or go all in on the bottomless mimosas and endless cocktails ($63). The spicy passionfruit margs are up there with our fave cocktail in Perth and the frozen mango margarita is an absolute dream, so trust us there’ll be no regrets by the time you’ve slammed your third or fourth cocktail down.

Bivouac is one of our all-time favourite restaurants for celebratory feasts, so we were over the moon to hear the Middle Eastern gem is now doing bottomless. Settle in for the ultimate boozy long lunch every Saturday and Sunday at bivs, with 1.5 hours of free-flowing Cava, cocktails and craft beer to help wash down your family style grazing feed. Just think: Crispy Cauliflower and garlicky cashew ajo, fried potatoes and spiced tahini, za’atar-grilled flatbread, halloumi with orange pearls and yuzu, and classic chicken shawarma. Best of all, they can easily accommodate dietaries, so if you need anything gluten-free, vego or vegan, just let them know.
